Day-to-day operations requires the ability to make oral presentations and subsequently, collaborate, and work autonomously while remaining in contact with key constituents.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Presenting and facilitating at small group training events as organized by the HQ or from other business groups in a virtual environment or small meeting room </li><li>Trains associates on company culture, the associate role, safety expectations and tools, and all ASM policies/procedures </li><li>Participate in various team conference calls as scheduled; providing feedback and better ways of working </li><li>Input data into Dashboard to track orientation/training completion </li><li>Develops, implements and modifies training programs to ensure effectiveness of programs delivered to each team </li><li>Reports individuals progress to manager and identifies additional training needs </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p> <p>Direct Reports</p> <ul> <li>This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports </li></ul> <p>Indirect Reports</p> <ul> <li>Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job</p> <p>Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience</p> <p>Field of Study/Area of Experience:</p> <p>1-3 Years' experience in training design, individual/group facilitation/organizational development</p> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Abilities</p> <p>Bilingual Spanish preferred!</p> <p>Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills</p> <p>Ability to make Oral Presentations</p> <p>Ability to Work Independently & Prioritize with minimal supervision, in order to Meet Deadlines</p> <p>Well Organized, Detail Oriented, & able to Handle Fast Paced Work Environment</p> <p>Track Record of Building & Maintaining Customer/Client Relationships</p> <p>Flexible & Adaptable, able to change & Alter According to changes in Projects or Business Environment</p> <p>Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, & web browsers</p> <p>Environmental & Physical Requirements</p> <p>Office / Non-Sedentary Requirements</p> <p>Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
