If you're energetic, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and excel at multitasking, we want to hear from you!</p> <ul> <li>Calendar Management: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events to optimize the executive's time. </li><li>Administrative Tasks: Managing expenses, maintaining records, preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items. </li><li>Communication Handling: Acting as a gatekeeper by managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive. </li><li>Travel Coordination: Organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. </li><li>Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, and reviewing documents, presentations, and reports for accuracy and professionalism. </li><li>Project Assistance: Supporting various projects by coordinating tasks, gathering information, and meeting deadlines. </li><li>Confidentiality Maintenance: Managing sensitive information with high discretion and maintaining confidentiality. </li><li>Problem-Solving: Addressing issues that arise and finding efficient solutions to support the executive's goals. </li><li>Relationship Building: Acting as a liaison between the executive and other team members, clients, or stakeholders. </li><li>Policy Compliance: Ensuring the executive and team adhere to internal policies and compliance. </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Event Planning: Coordinating company events, conferences, or team-building activities. </li><li>Data Management: Creating and maintaining databases, tracking performance metrics, or generating reports. </li><li>Budget Management: Assisting with budget planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting. </li><li>Onboarding and Training: Helping onboard new employees and providing training on administrative processes or tools. </li><li>Research and Analysis: Conducting research to support executive decisions or prepare for meetings and presentations. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li><li>Conforms with all corporate policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>What you need:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred. </li><li>3-5 years' prior experience supporting a senior executive or team. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $65,000 - $81,600</p> <p>The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee's work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>We believe strongly that talented people are core to our success and are attracted to companies that provide competitive pay, comprehensive benefits packages, career advancement and challenging work opportunities.
