<p>Job Title: Molder/Molding Technician</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high-voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi-pin cable assemblies has an opening in Toledo, OH for a molder to produce parts, examine parts for defects, and deliver required quantity for kits.</p> <p>Responsibilities and Duties</p> <ul> <li>Read work orders to determine which parts are required to be produced, define product specifications, and outline materials requirements. </li><li>Position assembled mold on press bed of molding machine and aligns die with matrix. </li><li>Sets machine controls to regulate forming pressure of machine and curing time of plastic in mold. </li><li>Starts machine to produce samples, examines samples for defects, and adjusts machine set-up to eliminate defects. </li><li>This person will be responsible for examining all parts produced to make sure there are no defects. </li><li>Remove or trim excess material from products using knives or scrapers. </li><li>Producing molded components in a timely manner to ensure production schedules are met. </li><li>Other job functions as required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Vacation and sick time </li><li>401K & 401K matching </li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Profit Sharing </li><li>Flex Time </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>And more… </li></ul>
