<p>Director of Finance</p> <p>Location: Broomfield CO (100% on site position)</p> <p>Salary: $130,000-$160,000/year DOE</p> <p>Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Director of Finance to join our team. The Director of Finance is responsible for the overall financial health and strategy of the company, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Director of Finance makes high-level decisions regarding a business's health, leaving details for the finance and accounting departments.</p> <p>PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Financial Planning and Strategy:</p> <p>Develop and implement long-term financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's growth and profitability.</p> <p>Financial Reporting and Analysis:</p> <p>Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.</p> <p>Budget Management:</p> <p>Develop, manage, and monitor budgets across all departments to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.</p> <p>Financial Compliance:</p> <p>Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.</p> <p>Team Leadership:</p> <p>Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.</p> <p>Investor Relations:</p> <p>Manage relationships with investors and financial stakeholders, providing financial information and updates.</p> <p>Risk Management:</p> <p>Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.</p> <p>Cash Flow Management:</p> <p>Oversee and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity and optimal cash management practices.</p> <p>Strategic Decision-Making:</p> <p>Provide financial expertise and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.</p> <p>Audit Coordination:</p> <p>Oversee and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.</p> <p>Financial Modeling:</p> <p>Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.</p> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred). </li><li>8-10 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of leadership in finance and accounting roles.
