This includes but not limited to enhancements of existing modules, development of new modules, platform documentation, system monitoring and ticket support. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's GRC platform.</p> <p>Under the guidance of the Archer Administrator and/or managers, the Archer Engineer I is expected to build out basic applications, layouts, data-drive events, and calculations. They are expected to provide clear, concise documentation for their tasks. They may identify and raise opportunities to improve the Archer platform.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Perform basic platform administration tasks (installations, patches, configuration, backups). </li><li>Assist in monitoring Archer performance and availability. </li><li>Follow standard operating procedures to support Archer and resolve any incidents that may arise. </li><li>Participate in troubleshooting efforts under the guidance of more senior engineers. </li><li>Maintain system documentation, including inventory and configuration records, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. </li><li>Execute routine maintenance activities to ensure system health. </li><li>Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing and exchange. </li><li>Support compliance with security and operational policies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required</p> <p>Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Knowledge or education in systems engineering or system administration 0-1 year required</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and system administration principles. </li><li>Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). </li><li>Basic understanding of data structure and database systems. </li><li>Ability to follow documented procedures and contribute to team projects. </li><li>Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python). </li><li>Understanding of system monitoring concepts and basic troubleshooting techniques. </li><li>Proficient problem-solving skills with attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records. </li><li>Willingness to learn new technologies and tools. </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <ul> <li>M-F Eastern Business Hours required </li><li>Hybrid onsite Flexible working model required weekly includes onsite in office (number of days weekly can vary, must be flexible for business needs) </li><li>1-2 onsite days per week </li><li>Remote working days require stable, secure, quiet, compliant working station </li></ul> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Hybrid</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>399 Revolution Drive</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <ul> <li>/ </li></ul> <p>Grade</p> <p>5</p> <p>At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
