<p>OT/OTA Massachusetts ONLY SME Clinical Content Review</p> <p>Are you a OT/OTA looking to flex your skills in a whole new way? Ready to take your expertise and turn it into a rewarding opportunity? Look no further!</p> <p>We're seeking an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant with a passion for excellence to join us as a Subject Matter Expert to write/review clinical content. This is your chance to make a difference from the comfort of your home.</p> <p>REQUIRED: MUST have at least 2 years of experience as a OT/OTA within the last 5 years. MUST be a licensed OT/OTA in Massachusetts.</p> <p>Experience with the following:</p> <ul> <li>MUST have advanced knowledge in ethics and or/law </li><li>Recall the ethical standards outlined in the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Code of Ethics and their application to professional practice. </li><li>Identify key regulations from the Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Practice Act and the Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR) governing OT licensure and practice. </li><li>Determine the rules set by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Health Professions, including licensure requirements and disciplinary procedures. </li><li>Apply ethical principles and legal guidelines to case scenarios to ensure compliance with state laws and professional standards in occupational therapy practice. </li><li>This Review covers the Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Practice Act, the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics, the Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR), and the rules set by the Board of Registration in Allied Health Professions. Participants will review key ethical principles and legal guidelines that influence professional behavior, licensure, and disciplinary actions.
