As an AR Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of Ovivo. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and operations, to ensure proper documentation and approval workflows. You will work closely with the senior executive team to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and contribute to strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis. Additionally, you will assist in month-end close activities related to AP, prepare accruals, and support audit and reporting requirements. This position offers the opportunity to be an integral part of the finance team and support leadership with critical financial insights. The role will based in our Round Rock, TX or Salt Lake City, UT location and will be asked to travel occasionally.
