Our commitment to providing exceptional care, despite any challenges, goes beyond just a job; it's a calling that drives us forward every day.</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <p>The Clinical Triage Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor provides immediate mental health support within primary care settings, conducting rapid assessments using evidence-based tools and delivering targeted interventions within 24-72 hours to increase access to care. They are also responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversight to licensed and non-licensed staff. The Supervisor integrates behavioral health services through real-time consultation and brief interventions while maintaining an active presence within the primary care team and facilitating warm handoffs between providers. The supervisor encompasses diagnosis, evaluation, treatment planning, and short-term crisis intervention sessions within a brief program framework, utilizing approaches such as problem-solving therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and substance abuse treatment. They also provide education and develop behavioral change plans to address health-impacting behaviors. The Supervisor ensures the seamless coordination of physical and mental health care, requiring strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced medical environment, while also participating in professional development opportunities.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Professional Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by the California Behavioral Science Board.</p> </li><li> <p>Master's level degree required.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience supervising MSWs and/or ASWs.</p> </li><li> <p>Completion of 15 units in Supervision coursework.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children required.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual English/Spanish or English and other predominant language of the population served preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>$74,397.44 - $92,996.80 annually</p> <p>Compensation Disclaimer</p> <p>Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
