Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant with over 15 years of expertise, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP solutions, strong business process understanding, and a proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations, rollouts, and transformations.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects in semiconductor manufacturing environments</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Design and optimize SAP business processes aligned with semiconductor supply chain, production, and engineering workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Provide expertise in SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP SD, SAP QM, SAP EWM, or relevant functional areas</p> </li><li> <p>Drive integration across SAP and non-SAP systems (MES, PLM, supply chain tools, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, and solution design discussions</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>15+ years of experience in SAP consulting with multiple full lifecycle implementations</p> </li><li> <p>Strong experience in semiconductor industry is a must.</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in one or more SAP functional modules (MM, PP, SD, QM, EWM, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of semiconductor processes such as wafer fabrication, assembly, testing, and supply chain</p> </li><li> <p>Experience integrating SAP with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and PLM systems</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Agile and/or SAP Activate methodologies</p> </li><li> <p>Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.</p> </li><li> <p>Project-related mobility/willingness to travel</p> </li></ul> <p>Estimated annual compensation will be $154,375-193,125</p> <p>Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Infosys employee you are also eligible for the following benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Long-term/Short-term Disability</p> </li><li> <p>Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness , Hospital Indemnity, Legal)</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary level</p> </li><li> <p>Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off</p> </li></ul> <p>Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
