With the largest and most influential tech ecosystem behind us, we play a pivotal role in helping clients accelerate their path to value.</p> <p>Supply Chain and Operations houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.</p> <p>You are:</p> <p>A Demand Planning Workstream Lead specialized in delivering o9 implementation covering Demand Planning, Advanced Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning, and has intermediary skills and knowledge about the Commercial Planning space. You will help contribute, develop and grow our SC&O Planning business for the o9 Solutions platform.</p> <p>What You will do -</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate - Be an interdisciplinary team player who brings alignment and establishes relationships within cross-functional stakeholder groups from Client / o9 / Accenture team</p> </li><li> <p>Deal with ambiguity - Be comfortable and confident working through the unknown as the path forward might not always be clear and have the ability to drive outcome based discussions leading to key decisions</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate Technical expertise - Be a critical thinker and demonstrate your extensive Supply Chain process and technology expertise to drive innovative solutions to understand and solve business specific problems</p> </li><li> <p>Be the Change agent - Be familiar with driving change across an organization, aligning and onboarding teams to the implemented new processes and toolsets.</p> </li><li> <p>Influence outcome - Have ability to embrace complex challenges and guide an organization to Process, People and Technology best practices. Build strong relationships to build trust and influence stakeholders.</p> </li></ul> <p>The Work:</p> <p>At Accenture, Supply Chain and Operations Connected Solutions professionals develop and implement integrated supply and demand planning solutions that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness, and create synergies and collaboration within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain. Supply Chain Planning leaders shape integrated planning and execution solutions that drive business growth while increasing supply chain resiliency.</p> <p>A professional at this position/level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead Demand Planning workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Align on project deliverables and track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Lead client working sessions and own the Demand Planning workstream all the way from planning through execution and closure.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead functional and integration topics related to Demand Planning across project phases - Blueprint, Design, Build, Test (Unit test, SIT, UAT), Deploy (Business Simulation, Go Live) and Hypercare till the o9 solution is handed over for Business as Usual operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Play a Techno-functional role understanding client's business needs and propose how these needs can be solved for, by using o9 and explain the implications on change in business process as a result of this solve</p> </li><li> <p>Be a liaison between Client's Demand Planning Product Owner / Demand Planning Business Lead and Solution development team Solution Architects / Configuration leads to relay business requirement use cases and the solutioning of the same in o9</p> </li><li> <p>Drive functional design workshops, frame up key design decision recommendations and get alignment from cross-functional stakeholders to firm up the solution design</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee creation of project deliverables and artefacts like solution design document, sprint planning for Build, training material etc. and be on-point for successful completion of each project phase</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Scrum Master, Product Owner and the team in defining Functional and Technical User Stories. Partner with Product Owner to identify and prioritize enabler work. Support Product roles in engaging o9 consultants for system implementation guidance, roadmaps, and features.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 40% to 80% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning/Demand Planning</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing/managing a Demand Planning project or workstream and project-based team members</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If associate's degree (minimum 6 years work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proficiency with supply chain master and transactional data, o9 data ingestion and data utilization requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of o9 integration and platform architecture</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to demand planning functions within an Organization</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience in navigating through the o9 tool / different o9 UI pages.</p> </li><li> <p>Ideally you should also have experience with Supply Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) functionality</p> </li><li> <p>Evidence of leading o9 solutions implementation as an Functional lead, Technical lead, Solution Architect, Integration Architect</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced understanding of o9 functional solution and Reference data models</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of typical Supply Chain Planning Data sets for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Deployment Planning and Control Tower</p> </li><li> <p>Experience and background of Commercial Planning business process and capability</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent leadership and management skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
