<p>Overview</p> <p>The Senior Financial Analyst - Performance Analytics plays a critical role in delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This position focuses on analyzing performance metrics, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, administering Workday Adaptive Planning, and providing management reporting to optimize margin, resource allocation, and efficiency ratios.
