<p>Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support day-to-day Salesforce operations while helping improve how business systems and processes work together.</p> <p>Summary: This role will contribute to developing and executing a clear, structured improvement plan (e.g., current state, target state, priorities, and business metrics) and supporting execution against that plan. The focus is on practical improvements that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and support measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working closely with users, improving systems incrementally, and seeing changes adopted in real operations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage Salesforce configuration, users, workflows, and reporting </li><li>Support adoption, usability, and data quality improvements </li><li>Assist with lead management, dashboards, and basic automation </li><li>Serve as the primary internal point of contact for Salesforce support and enhancements </li><li>Help assess current-state workflows across CRM and related systems </li><li>Participate in developing a structured improvement plan with clear priorities and metrics </li><li>Implement approved system and process improvements </li><li>Coordinate with external vendors or consultants for advanced development or integrations </li><li>Help define and track business metrics tied to system and process improvements </li><li>Provide visibility into progress and outcomes </li><li>Support incremental, sustainable improvements that align with business priorities* 4-6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator </li><li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, reporting, and user management </li><li>Experience supporting business users in an operations or professional services environment </li><li>Comfortable working from a defined plan and executing against priorities </li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to ERP, accounting, or time-tracking systems </li><li>Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives </li><li>Familiarity with defining or tracking business metrics </li><li>Experience working with external developers or vendors </li></ul> <p>What Success Looks Like:</p> <ul> <li>A clear improvement plan is in place and actively executed </li><li>Salesforce is easier to use and better adopted </li><li>Manual, duplicate work is reduced </li><li>Data quality and reporting visibility improve </li><li>System and process improvements are adopted and sustained </li></ul>
