<p>Professional staff position for the Criminal Justice Commission. Responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research, statistical analysis, and creating data visualizations regarding various aspects of the criminal justice system. This is professional work which includes data collection, interpretation, analysis, and reporting through data dashboards and presentations to inform policy development, program evaluation, and crime prevention strategies. Work is performed with relative independence within the framework of established policies and regulations. Work is reviewed by designated superiors for accuracy, completeness, and technical quality.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree; minimum of three (3) years of experience in data collection, statistical analysis, data management, research, research methodology, public policy, or a closely related field.</p> <p>Equivalencies:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Master's Degree in Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA) and one (1) year of experience in data collection, statistical analysis, data management, research, research methodology, public policy, or a closely related field</p> </li><li> <p>Unrelated bachelor's degree/related associate's degree AND five (5) years of related experience</p> </li><li> <p>Graduation from High School or an equivalent recognized certification and seven (7) years of related experience.</p> </li></ol> <p>PREFERENCE FOR EXPERIENCE IN/WITH: Demonstrating proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; working within a criminal justice setting (must specify on application).</p> <p>NOTE: It is not necessary to submit another application for this position if you applied 12/19/25 - 1/2/26.</p> <p>THIS IS AN AT-WILL POSITION.</p>
