Deliver consistent results to both internal and external customers.</p> <p>Qualifications (Required & Preferred):</p> <p>Education: High School or equivalent (R), Associate Degree or equivalent experience (P)</p> <p>Experience: 2 years hot mill rolling (R); 3-5 years manufacturing or equivalent experience (P)</p> <p>Areas of Knowledge: Safety, Health & Environmental (R), Labor Contract (R), Manufacturing (P), Management (R), Haynes Northside Production Operation (P), Lean Manufacturing (P), 5S (P)</p> <p>Skills: Written and oral communication (R), Organizational (R), Leadership (R), Computer (R), Interpersonal Relations</p> <p>Role Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Proactive safety-first attitude.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance to all safety, environmental, AAP & EEO rules, regulations, and laws.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance to plant rules.</p> </li><li> <p>Direct daily operations of forge/mill crews.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all SOP's and QCI's.</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to the collective bargaining agreement.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain all needed documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule daily work to meet production goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist supervisors in directing grind/cut operations, filling needed overtime, and maintaining operating supplies</p> </li></ol>
