<p>What's This Role All About?</p> <p>You won't just fill jobs - you'll help build the future of an independently owned and growing insurance agency. As our Corporate Recruiter, you'll partner with leaders, source awesome candidates, and keep our talent pipeline flowing with top-tier professionals. Whether it's designing recruitment campaigns, making phone calls to top talent, or vetting out candidates, you'll be the friendly face and sharp eye behind every great hire.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Team up with our HR Director to design smart, creative recruitment strategies. Then, let it rip and execute those strategies from start to finish. </li><li>Meet with agency leaders and know exactly what they want before they know what they want (ok, almost). </li><li>Sort through applicants like a pro and move the best forward. </li><li>Be a sourcing ninja: referrals, social media, networking, and hopefully a little recruiting magic. </li><li>Keep an active pipeline so we're rarely scrambling to fill open jobs </li><li>Phone screens, interviews, assessments - you've got it all covered. </li><li>Bring great people to the table and help leaders make confident hiring decisions. </li><li>Track the numbers, report progress, and constantly look for ways to level up. </li><li>Stay on top of recruiting trends and bring fresh ideas (we love new ideas!). </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of recruiting experience (and if you've got more, even better!). Sales experience could also make you a great fit. </li><li>A willingness to go the extra mile to make connections for open roles, whether that is picking up the phone for a cold call or getting creative with a fun recruitment video. </li><li>A knack for building relationships and influencing decisions. </li><li>A proactive, self-starter attitude - you see a need, and you're on it. </li><li>Super organized - juggling multiple roles and candidates doesn't faze you. </li><li>Strong communication skills and a way of making candidates feel welcome and excited. </li><li>Bonus points if you love data and technology and know your way around an ATS! </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us:</p> <ul> <li>A family-friendly environment that's just as warm as it sounds.
