<p>Test Engineer - FLITE+ Missile Warning Integration & Test</p> <p>Location: Buckley Space Force Base, CO</p> <p>Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI</p> <p>Leidos is seeking a mission-driven Test Engineer to join the FLITE+ program at Buckley Space Force Base, supporting one of the nation's most critical space-based defense missions. In this role, you'll contribute directly to the Missile Warning Integration and Test enterprise-helping ensure the systems protecting our nation are verified, validated, and ready when it matters most.</p> <p>This position is ideal for a technical professional who thrives in complex mission environments, enjoys solving hard problems, and wants to grow within a high-visibility, high-impact program.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a Test Engineer supporting Missile Warning Integration and Test activities across the FLITE+ enterprise. </li><li>Provide independent technical consultation to Senior Test Engineers on verification planning, execution, and analysis. </li><li>Advise on test methodologies, verification strategies, and process improvements to strengthen mission assurance. </li><li>Support enterprise-level coordination, ensuring test and verification activities are aligned across systems, stakeholders, and mission partners. </li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance the reliability, performance, and readiness of Missile Warning capabilities. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI security clearance (required). </li><li>Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, test engineering, or related technical fields. </li><li>Demonstrated experience supporting Missile Warning systems, system integration, and verification activities. </li><li>Proven ability to provide technical leadership and advisory support within complex, operationally focused mission environments. </li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineers, mission partners, and enterprise stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Leidos</p> <p>At Leidos, you'll work alongside experts who are shaping the future of space-based missile warning.
