This position is vital to our continued success. You would be the first impression of First State Bank to anyone who calls our Bank. It takes someone with a smile on their face and in their voice.</p> <p>Here are things that you would do during your work day:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as central access point for all incoming phone calls from FSB customers and prospects </li><li>Provide friendly, caring customer service while processing transactions for customers </li><li>Utilize technology to help you and our customers </li><li>Develop an understanding of our Bank's products and services </li><li>Transfer calls per customer request to specific FSB employees </li></ul> <p>And here are some skills that you will need:</p> <ul> <li>We would prefer you have at least one year of banking experience, but if you have customer service experience you will be considered without banking experience </li><li>High School diploma or equivalent </li><li>Friendly personality, positive attitude and professional image </li><li>Ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds and age groups </li><li>Proven customer service skills </li><li>Ability to successfully complete our in-house training program </li><li>Reliable transportation </li><li>Willingness and ability to adjust to a change in work schedule with adequate notice </li><li>Ability to use Microsoft Office program </li></ul> <p>If you can speak Spanish WONDERFUL!!</p> <p>The position offers good working conditions and environment. You must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
