This includes preparing patients for exams, operating ultrasound equipment, and interpreting ultrasound images.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Prepare patients for vascular ultrasound exams by explaining procedures, positioning patients, and applying gel to the skin. </li><li>Operate ultrasound equipment, such as transducers and monitors, to produce images of blood vessels. </li><li>Interpret ultrasound images to identify vascular abnormalities. </li><li>Document exam findings in the patient's medical record. </li><li>Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers about exam findings. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Associate's degree Radiologic Technology required</p> <p>Licenses and Credentials</p> <ul> <li>Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] </li><li>Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer [RDMS] </li><li>Registered Vascular Technologist [RVT] </li><li>Certified Sonographer - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <p>Prior experience working in a similar role 2-3 years required</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Experience with vascular ultrasound equipment. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <p>New hires are eligible for a $15,000 sign-on bonus!</p> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Onsite</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>275 Charles Street</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>$ - $47.85/Hourly</p> <p>Grade</p> <p>5</p> <p>At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
