As a Technical Solutions Enablement Manager, you will?be responsible for?delivering and developing Technical Enablement programs, training, and internal and customer facing technical content. You possess?exceptional technical and non-technical presentation and communication skills alongside strong working knowledge of Adobe creativity and productivity solutions. If you're motivated by the opportunity to empower technical sellers to articulate value with clarity and confidence, join our Solutions Enablement team in a role that puts you at the forefront of Adobe's next wave of innovation.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive Technical Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training and enablement tools, technical documentation, and resources for global Technical Sales teams (Solutions Consulting, Customer Success Managers, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Develop Sales-Ready Solutions Content: Build crisp, actionable technical sales collateral that show technical sellers how to position, articulate, and land solution value.</p> </li><li> <p>Strengthen Solution Roadmap with Technical Voice: Surface technical sales team feedback for new capabilities, integrations, and roadmap investments to unlock deeper solution potential for customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Align with Cross Functional Teams: Collaborate with enablement, product marketing, and field teams to ensure technical consistency in sales play execution.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>6+ years of technical sales experience in creativity or productivity business solutions, or related fields within SaaS, productivity software, or enterprise technology.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to build programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Deep hands-on experience with Adobe solutions (Creative Cloud, Frame, Acrobat, Express, or Firefly).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of AI's role in modern enterprise workflows and its emerging business value.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical innovation into business value.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience partnering with sales, GTM, product, and marketing.</p> </li><li> <p>Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally up to 30% of the?time.</p> </li></ul> <p>About Adobe</p> <p>Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences. U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position?is $120,700 -- $219,750 annually. Pay?within this range varies by work location?and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,?and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.</p> <p>In California, the pay range for this position is $151,800 - $219,750</p> <p>At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
