This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of all mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring the property remains in excellent working condition and delivers an exceptional guest experience.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise and schedule the preventative maintenance team to ensure timely and thorough completion of routine maintenance tasks across all resort facilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop, implement, and refine preventative maintenance plans and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all maintenance work meets Omni Hotels & Resorts' safety and quality standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Train and mentor maintenance staff to maintain a high-performance, safety-focused work environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions and support seamless resort operations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of maintenance experience in a hospitality or commercial setting; previous supervisory experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work flexible hours, including overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>EPA Universal Certification and/or other relevant technical certifications a plus.</p> </li></ul>
