It all begins with you.</p> <p>About this role:</p> <p>Wells Fargo is seeking a Small Business Relationship Management Senior Manager (LO) to support Small Business Banking. We are seeking candidates that are passionate about small business, with the ability to build trust, and deepen relationships as well as leadership experience to help drive and deliver results for small business clients.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and develop a team of managers in expanding business by partnering with various regions to develop business strategies </li><li>Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and promote and create a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy within Small Business Banking Relationship Management functional area </li><li>Determine appropriate strategy and actions to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables; interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility </li><li>Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers, interact directly with clients and lead a team of managers to assist in achieving Wells Fargo's business objectives by assessing customer needs </li><li>Coach and manage a team of managers who manager a team with moderate complexity and risk to offer the full suite and digital solutions to meet clients' needs, by developing best practices to engage product organizations and understand clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions </li><li>Partner with Strategy, Sales, and Product partners to provide vision, leadership, leveraging market data and expertise on client and market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of solutions more effectively </li><li>Establish relationships with Wells Fargo partners across assigned territory to develop partnership agreements to better meet our client's needs </li><li>Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives </li><li>Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy </li><li>This LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of Business Banking, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education </li><li>3+ years of management or leadership experience </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated ability and proven track record of managing a high performing team of managers </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage teams across multiple locations including geography/markets and/or remote. </li><li>Demonstrates a clear understanding of Business Banking products, such as: </li><li>Business Checking Accounts </li><li>Lines of Credit </li><li>Payables and Receivables </li><li>Understanding of complex business cash flow (if applicable) </li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive change within an organization </li><li>Proven ability to navigate and prioritize multiple priorities </li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills </li><li>Thorough understanding of Operational Risk </li></ul> <p>Job Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary </li><li>Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within assigned territory </li><li>Position will be responsible for visiting customers and prospects within an assigned market/geography </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
