This District Manager for our company will be accountable for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants while creating a strong group of professionals through recruitment, coaching, mentoring and development. The District Manager is in a position to lead their team by example following guidelines, procedures and our businesses values. The District Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <p>Team Environment - Promote a team environment by fostering respect, coaching and feedback.
