This role works under the direction of a certified educator, school counselor, or school psychologist.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support students' social-emotional learning and behavior management </li><li>Assist in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment </li><li>Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce SEL strategies </li><li>Follow guidance from certified educators, school counselors, or psychologists </li><li>Monitor student progress and communicate observations to supervising staff </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; experience working with students preferred </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to implement guidance and support student growth in social-emotional areas </li></ul> <p>RATE: $18.18/hr</p> <p>HOURS: 6.5 Hours Per Day</p> <p>9:00am to 3:30pm</p> <p>DATE OF SERVICE: As soon as possible</p> <p>APPLICATION: Those currently employed by the Bristol Board of Education complete an internal application.
