This role involves coordinating various aspects of manufacturing logistics to ensure efficient production processes and inventory management.</p> <p>Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:</p> <p>Primary responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain correct planning parameters in MRP. </li><li>Coordinate with engineering for BOM changes. </li><li>Adjust inventory discrepancies as necessary after investigation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <p>Associates Degree in Business or other related field with 3-5 years related experience and/or training</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or manufacturing operations is essential. </li><li>Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement processes is highly beneficial. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are important for analyzing logistics data and optimizing supply chain efficiency. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for coordinating with production teams and other stakeholders. </li><li>Leadership abilities may be required for supervisory roles or positions involving team management. </li><li>Proficiency in relevant software applications such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and spreadsheets. </li></ul> <p>Language Skills</p> <p>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.</p> <p>Mathematical skills</p> <p>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide basic numbers without the use of tools. Should be confident using pencil, paper, and calculator for larger numbers. Have a basic understanding of fractions and decimals.</p> <p>Reasoning Ability</p> <p>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
