<p>Providing technical support to users experiencing issues reported either through ticket or Walkins.</p> <p>Providing technical support to the Sales users based with dedicated phone line to support over call.</p> <p>Owning the issues reported by users by coordinating with support teams & application owners for fixing the issue.</p> <p>Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with collaboration rooms (Audio / Video conference rooms)</p> <p>Driving PC LCM project end to end by coordinating with site contacts.</p> <p>Supporting new user onboarding by deploying new PC and then collecting old PC's during offboarding</p> <p>Performing apps installation and data migration based on the requests & approvals received.</p> <p>Updating Asset database by coordinating with Asset team to ensure asset updates for any change like new/replacement/loaner etc assets received or shipped to lessor.</p> <p>Packing/Unpacking of PC's received from vendor or from different site.</p> <p>Returning end of lease PC's back to the lessor</p> <p>Creating/updating knowledge base articles for any new issues</p> <p>Assisting users on various PC related issues via Phone/Email or chat over remote session or by visiting user desk</p> <p>Supporting new user onboarding by deploying new PC and then collecting old PC's during offboarding</p> <p>Escalate incidents with accurate documentation to suitable technician, when required.</p> <p>Coordinating with vendor for any hardware/software issues</p> <p>Install, Troubleshoot and Removal of Desk phones at the user location.</p> <p>Base Salary Range: $60,000 / Annum - $80,000 / Annum</p>
