We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Specialist to become a key player in our operations. You will report onsite daily at our Louisville facility, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Here's how you'll make an impact: Accept and document incoming shipments and deliveries to the facility. Ensure efficient storage and organization of items in designated storage areas, and document any changes. Prepare items for shipping, noting item contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details. Address and resolve any shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies. Collaborate with customers and internal team members to ensure satisfaction. To Succeed, You Will Need: Experience: Previous shipping/receiving experience Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of logistics software Physical Requirements: Ability to operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts Organizational Skills: Outstanding ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
