You will assist in administrative tasks, communication with parents and staff, and maintaining accurate records related to special education services. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and empathy will contribute to the success of our special education programs.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and organize special education files, records, and documentation. </li><li>Scheduling Special Education Meetings with parents and staff. </li><li>Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff members regarding special education services and programs. </li><li>Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies related to student information and records. </li><li>Support special education teachers and administrators with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organization of instructional materials. </li><li>Collaborate with other school departments to ensure coordination and integration of services for students with special needs. </li><li>Addressing and handling payroll needs. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in the use of personal computers and other modern office equipment, including office software, student information systems and budgeting software; Proficiency in basic math skills and business English; excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate well with others; experience in a school office environment preferred, but not required.</p> <p>TO APPLY: Submit application, resume, letters of reference and other required documentation online by visiting the Human Resources page of our website: www.sau41.org.</p> <p>All applicants must apply online.</p> <p>This position will remain as open until filled.</p>
