<p>Jr. Benefits Program Manager</p> <p>Category: HR - Business Professional</p> <p>Location: Hybrid - 2 days onsite (Pensacola, FL or Vienna, VA)</p> <p>Pay Rate:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Pensacola, FL: $20-$24/hr W2 with PTO</p> </li><li> <p>Vienna, VA: $24-$25/hr W2 with PTO</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience Required: 1-5 years</p> <p>Business Unit: Healthcare</p> <p>Key Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with Pharmacy Benefits (mandatory).</p> </li><li> <p>Manage projects to implement employee benefit initiatives aligned with corporate and departmental strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with technical teams to support development of system interfaces, queries, and reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Draft business requirements and oversee systems changes/enhancements.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead implementation of benefits communication strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Support vendor and contract management (selection, development, and issue resolution).</p> </li><li> <p>Perform data and plan document analyses to provide insights.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong background in design, administration, and communication of employee benefits (with focus on pharmacy benefits).</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of various benefit plan types.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of and ability to interpret benefits-related laws and regulations.</p> </li></ul> <p>About Seneca Resources:</p> <p>Seneca Resources is a client driven provider of strategic Information Technology consulting services and Workforce Solutions to government and industry.
