Headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, the Spire network spans the Northeast with more than 165 physicians, 1,800 employees, 285 other clinical providers and 40 locations in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>Responsibilities/Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Inform patients of delays or other situations that may result in a longer than normal wait.</p> </li><li> <p>Guiding patients to their designated treatment location from the waiting area.</p> </li><li> <p>Describe policies and procedures for new and established patients.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and clean exam rooms for patients, discarding contaminated gowns and drapes appropriately.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep the reception/waiting area clean at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Stocking and organizing of patient forms in POD and exam rooms.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for notifying Management of full sharps containers.</p> </li><li> <p>Back up filing of patient charts and indexing.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with copying of forms and compiling of patient education booklets.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend and participate in staff and front desk meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Any duties or projects as assigned by supervisor, particularly during downtime.</p> </li></ul>
