<p>Boutique Manager</p> <p>Montblanc | Boston</p> <p>Reports to: Retail Regional Director</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>Reporting to the Regional Director, the objective of this role is execute and promote the Montblanc brand.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Achieve sales budget and diversification targets </li><li>Recruit, develop, and retain sales associates </li><li>Maximize sales potential by coaching sales associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the back room </li><li>Develop and review sales associate performance goals </li><li>Create annual business plans </li><li>Provide the highest levels of customer service to stimulate sales growth </li><li>P & L management including monitoring and controlling boutique business expenses to improve results; manage controllable expenses </li><li>Manage operational execution (Policy and Procedure) </li><li>Ensure Loss Prevention policies and practices are being followed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>At least 5+ years of retail management experience </li><li>Affinity for luxury goods; watches and jewelry experience is a strong plus </li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities </li><li>Ability to manage a P&L </li><li>Strong clienteling skills </li><li>Strong floor management skills </li><li>Resourceful; problem solver </li><li>Strong communicator </li><li>High level of etiquette - business and social </li><li>Highly customer oriented, results driven, goal oriented </li><li>Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays </li><li>Ability to lift up to 20lbs </li></ul> <p>Computer Skills</p> <ul> <li>Expert computer skills - Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook </li><li>SAP knowledge preferred </li><li>CRM systems </li></ul> <p>Richemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
