<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Concord Post Acute is seeking a dependable and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on an on-call basis. The LVN will provide direct nursing care to residents, support clinical staff, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced post-acute care environment.
