This role operates with significant autonomy, navigating often-complex business obstacles and ensuring that multi-faceted initiatives-including business transformations and vendor integrations-are delivered on time and within budget.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strategic Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of large, interrelated projects, defining resource requirements, individual responsibilities, and integrated schedules. </li><li>Expert Problem Solving: Identify and resolve highly complex technical or procedural obstacles, utilizing advanced business knowledge to mitigate risks before they impact project health. </li><li>Quality & Compliance: Champion internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO) across all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet rigorous organizational benchmarks. </li><li>Mentorship & Delegation: Serve as a lead mentor to P-level colleagues by reviewing work quality, coaching on best practices, and strategically delegating tasks to optimize team performance. </li><li>Cross-functional team coordination </li></ul> <p>What You Will Bring to the Team</p> <ul> <li>Min 5 years of experience in Project Management / Product Management / Program Management </li><li>Deep expertise in Project Management frameworks and business processes. </li><li>Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with minimal management oversight. </li><li>Advanced ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions. </li><li>Typically requires advanced education and significant professional experience in a senior-level capacity. </li><li>Go to marketing (GTM) related experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $125K to $145K Expected on-target earnings: $140K to $165K</p> <p>The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Vantara's bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.</p> <p>#LI-JT1</p>
