<p>Lindsay Precast, LLC</p> <p>Paid Weekly</p> <p>STARTING WAGE $23.34 PER HOUR!</p> <p>On the job training provided.</p> <p>Referral Program - up to $2000 per referral.</p> <p>Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Benefits available the 1st day of the month following date of hire.</p> <p>Paid Time Off.</p> <p>401k after 90 days with a 4% company match.</p> <p>Advancement opportunities.</p> <p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>Operates front end loader to load aggregate bins for efficicient operation of concrete batch plant.</p> <p>Assist and will operate mixer machine and batch plant</p> <p>Notifies supervisor of non-conforming product or problems with machine, materials, etc.</p> <p>Communicates production issues with other employees and supervisors</p> <p>Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirement.</p> <p>Review product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance assuring product meets quality requirement.</p> <p>Performs routine machine maintenance</p> <p>Basic understanding of electronics and programmable controllers</p> <p>Know the basics of hydraulics, electricity and tools</p> <p>Assist other operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product</p> <p>Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed</p> <p>Understands and applies safe use and operation of the equipment and communicates with other employees about safety related matters</p>
