This high-level position demands strategic planning, exceptional management skills, responsible to end-to-end procurement process and a thorough understanding of market dynamics. This is a Hybrid position is based in the Newton, MA office and reports to the Global Procurement Director.</p> <p>Below is an overview of the responsibilities, skills, and qualifications required for this role.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality goods and services. This involves negotiating contracts, evaluating supplier performance, and managing disputes. </li><li>Promote innovation in procurement processes by leveraging AI, new technologies, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. </li><li>Lead and mentor the US based procurement team, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional development. This includes setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and providing training. </li><li>Enhancing end to end procurement services and ensuring we provide top-notch support to our stakeholders </li><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, assessing risks, and identifying opportunities for cost-saving. </li><li>Oversee the department's budget, ensuring that expenditures are within allocated limits and identifying areas for financial efficiency. </li><li>Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant, regulations, and company policies. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.</p>
