<p>Work Flexibility: Onsite</p> <p>Shift Schedule: Friday - Sunday 5:00 PM- 4:00 AM</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <p>As a Production Associate II, you will be working in a team environment performing various manufacturing duties to ensure the team meets all goals and objectives.</p> <p>Typical types of work include:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain clean room standards per standard operating procedure. </li><li>Be responsible for quality and adherence to manufacturing process requirements. </li><li>Build product by following all processes in which certified and completing other assigned work, while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics. </li><li>Record information on shop floor paperwork and maintains accurate records. </li><li>Perform verifications on shop floor paperwork and maintains accurate records. </li><li>Independently complies with signals from Hour by Hour and in-process Kanbans and may direct others. </li><li>Demonstrate and apply a solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. </li><li>Understand 6S principles for assigned areas. </li><li>Handle, transport, store, and inspect components and final assembly devices. </li></ul> <p>What you need:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School or GED </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1+ years manufacturing/operations or related experience </li><li>Cleanroom or medical device manufacturing experience </li></ul> <p>Travel Percentage: 0%</p> <p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
