Apply Today!</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <p>As a Sterile Processing Technician, youll play a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care by making sure every instrument is thoroughly cleaned, sterilized, and ready when needed. Your focus on safety and attention to detail helps protect patients and empowers a team that's committed to the care and improvement of human life - one surgery at a time.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and organizing surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards </li><li>Monitoring sterilization cycles, documenting results, and resolving issues promptly to deliver on our commitment to safe, high-quality care </li><li>Preparing and organizing instrument trays and surgical rooms based on the daily schedule and procedural needs </li><li>Safely handling and disposing of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean and organized </li><li>Working closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support smooth, efficient surgeries </li></ul> <p>What qualifications you will need:</p> <p>High school diploma or GED-required</p> <p>Ogden Regional Medical Center has been delivering exceptional care for over 75 years.
