<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serves as business manager, maintaining budget for institution and all areas. </li><li>Manages the requisitioning and receiving of goods and services distributes office supplies to all staff. </li><li>Conducts audits of institutional accounts as required. </li><li>Manages special funds and deposits. </li><li>Coordinate payment and verification for work release program. </li><li>Performs other duties as required, such as inmate orientation, employee/inmate ID card request and replacement, and assisting Warden and other executive staff with various tasks. </li><li>Responsible for accountability and distribution of inmate tablets while working closely with GTL (GTL Enhanced Services LLC). </li></ul> <p>Hours/Job duties subject to change.</p> <p>Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.</p> <p>Questions regarding the application process, this job posting or any other postings with the SCDC should be directed to:</p> <p>Recruiting and Employment Services</p> <p>(803) 896-1649</p> <p>Employment@doc.sc.gov</p> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:</p> <p>A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment.
