<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The A&P Aircraft Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and</p> <p>inspections on our fleet of Embraer executive jets. The ideal candidate will ensure their work complies</p> <p>with all corresponding FAA regulations, company policies, and manufacturer requirements. The role</p> <p>involves both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring aircraft are airworthy and</p> <p>operating at peak performance.</p> <p>Primary Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Perform all maintenance and inspections in accordance with FAA Part 91 regulations and </li></ul> <p>manufacturer specifications.</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and repair systems including engines, hydraulics, electrical, avionics, and </li></ul> <p>structural components of Embraer executive jets.</p> <ul> <li>Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure airworthiness and safety. </li><li>Document and track all maintenance activities in accordance with FAA and company </li></ul> <p>requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with flight crews and management to assist with maintenance related schedule </li></ul> <p>changes to minimize aircraft downtime.</p> <ul> <li>Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and material handling </li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices. </li><li>Respond to unscheduled maintenance events and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations as </li></ul> <p>necessary.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate. </li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in jet aircraft maintenance, preferably with Embraer executive </li></ul> <p>jets or similar.</p> <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, particularly Part 91 operations. </li><li>Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call for AOG situations. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety. </li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. </li><li>Experience with aircraft maintenance tracking software is a plus. </li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check. </li></ul> <p>Why Clayton?</p> <p>Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
