<p>Kforce has a client in need of a detail-oriented and proactive Business Control & Risk Management Business Control & Risk Management Associate to support the execution of risk management practices across business lines. This role operates within the First Line of Defense and plays a key part in identifying and assessing risks, monitoring controls, and ensuring adherence to enterprise risk frameworks.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Promote risk awareness and adherence to policies, frameworks, and standards across business units </li><li>Support risk assessments, control testing, and issue remediation efforts </li><li>Monitor internal and external sources of risk and report adverse trends </li><li>Conduct RCSA activities including process mapping, risk/control matrices, and internal control testing </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to validate issues and ensure effective remediation </li><li>Assist in implementing and maintaining Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and related documentation </li><li>Serve as liaison for exam-related activities including internal audits and regulatory reviews* 5+ years of experience in risk management or related fields </li><li>Proven experience supporting or leading risk initiatives across diverse business lines </li><li>Strong understanding of operational, strategic, reputational, compliance, and model risks </li><li>Familiarity with regulatory expectations and industry best practices, including BSA/AML and OFAC </li><li>Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to manage resources and deliverables </li><li>Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail </li><li>Candidate must be located in EST or CST time zones only </li></ul>
