Nursing activities are limited to those in compliance with the State LPN Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirement(s) and agency policies and procedures.</p> <p>Scope & Objective:</p> <p>Applies nursing knowledge in planning, implementation, and evaluation of human response to actual or potential health problems. Communicates case findings and initiates health teachings, health counseling, and provision of care that supports life or restores well-being.
