That's what it means to live The Gallagher Way.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact</p> <p>Concentrated on organizing, distributing, and tracking leads obtained via digital channels, incumbent(s) will perform daily monitoring of digital marketing campaigns; Refine the lead management process; Assess and recommend methods to optimize and streamline the lead process; and track the success of the programs. Further responsibilities involve regularly tracking and measuring lead growth, producing reports and monthly dashboards to illustrate associated metrics, determining/assigning sales qualified leads to the appropriate sales person, and quality checks.</p> <p>About You</p> <p>Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required. Experience with managing Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation Tools (like Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, Watson, or Marketo) in a B2B environment required.</p> <p>Preferred: Experience running demand generation campaigns. Salesforce CRM experience. Experience in Insurance and/or Financial Services industry a plus.</p> <p>Behaviors: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills. Excellent attention to detail.</p> <p>Compensation and benefits</p> <p>We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
