<p>CTG is seeking to fill an MS Teams Phone Release Manager opening for our client in New York. Location: Armonk, NY (onsite) Duration: 18 months W2 Candidates only, No C2C Job Summary: The MS Teams Phone Release Manager will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, pre, during and after cutover activities management of MS Teams Phone systems across multiple teams and locations. This role involves coordinating cutover activities, managing technical designs, ensuring operational tasks are completed, and aligning schedules with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure timely project delivery. Duties: Oversee end-to-end release lifecycle for Microsoft Teams Phone migrations, including planning, coordination, execution, and post-deployment support. Manage pre-, during-, and post-cutover activities across global teams and locations. Develop and maintain detailed release and cutover schedules aligned with project milestones. Coordinate country readiness assessments, test planning, risk tracking, and change approvals. Track and report on key release metrics, manage escalations, and capture lessons learned. Address unresolved technical issues, particularly with E911 requirements and hard phone lab testing. Collaborate with technical teams to validate and ensure alignment of solution designs with project goals. Deliver clear, summarized updates to stakeholders and facilitate regular communication across teams. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and avoid project delays. Foster collaboration across specialized voice and development teams to ensure seamless integration. Maintain detailed action lists and proactively address outstanding issues. Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, telephony systems, and enterprise voice migration projects. Excellent project management skills, including release planning, execution oversight, and risk mitigation. Proficient in stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels of the organization. In-depth experience with voice systems and voice technologies. Demonstrated ability to manage complex global IT or telecommunications projects. Architectural design and implementation experience in enterprise IT or telecom environments. Experience: Proven track record in release management and IT project management, ideally in a large, global environment. Experience leading Microsoft Teams Phone or equivalent enterprise voice deployments. Familiarity with technical coordination and cross-team collaboration in complex infrastructure projects. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
