The successful candidate leads all the staffing and recruiting efforts and goals working closely with SAIC and teaming partners' talent acquisition teams.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain staffing information including authorized contract positions, job requisitions, resumes, interview results.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the Point of Contact regarding all program vacancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with the PM, Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, Financial staff and other team members to ensure that all billets are tracked from open to close.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all personnel and their billets are correctly mapped to a position in the program with a job requisition and tracked accordingly.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate and coordinate staffing decisions with program team and subcontractors.</p> </li><li> <p>Produce staffing-related reports and statistics.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required </li><li>Bachelor's degree and one-year related work experience </li><li>5+ years of overall professional experience </li><li>Strong experience using Microsoft Excel </li><li>Experience executing staffing and requirements actions for a program </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines </li><li>Experience with full life cycle recruiting </li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communications skills </li><li>Experience working in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to work with constant interruptions and prioritize important tasks </li></ul> <p>Desired:</p> <ul> <li>Experience staffing federal contracts within the cleared government contracting environment </li><li>Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools </li><li></li></ul> <p>Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000.
