<p>Nasdaq is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to support the Product Portfolio Management team within the Capital Access Platforms Division. This team plays a key role in driving consistency, alignment, and operational excellence across multiple product lines.</p> <p>In this role, you'll help coordinate and support cross-functional initiatives that improve how product teams plan, prioritize, and execute. You'll work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and operations teams to ensure that product processes are efficient, transparent, and scalable. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
