Ready to get started?</p> <p>Main Responsibilities:</p> <p>Project Execution and Management</p> <ul> <li>Leading and managing Supply Chain projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets. In alignment with Head of Supply Chain's projects & performance </li><li>Developing project plans, setting milestones, and tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle. </li><li>Coordinating with various departments to allocate the necessary resources (personnel, materials, equipment) for project execution. </li><li>Managing project resources effectively to optimize their usage and maintain efficient project flow. </li><li>Collecting relevant data to support decision-making processes within the project. </li><li>Conducting data analysis to inform project adjustments and improvements as needed. </li><li>Aware of ongoing projects (global & local) impacting Site Supply Chain </li></ul> <p>New launches:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure Supply Chain input for industrialization, life cycle management </li><li>Ensure proper handover of industrialization project to Supply Chain Launch/ Lifecycle lead (Supply Chain readiness production plan, raw material sourcing, and clinical demand) </li></ul> <p>Site Supply Chain Performance</p> <ul> <li>Monthly Supply Chain Performance review at PCU / APU and site level including root cause analysis and follow-up action plan </li><li>Regularly reporting on project status, challenges, and outcomes to the Head of Supply Chain and other stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Required Profile:</p> <ul> <li>BS - project management, business or related field - required.
