LBMC is growing fast and looking for an HR Generalist who's ready to jump in, roll up their sleeves, and help us take our people operations to the next level.</p> <p>SCOPE OF WORK</p> <p>As our HR Generalist, you'll be a go-to person for all things people-related. From onboarding new hires to supporting employee development, you'll help ensure our team has a great experience every step of the way.</p> <p>Here's a snapshot of what you'll be working on:</p> <ul> <li>Helping new hires get settled in and making offboarding just as smooth </li><li>Managing employee records and keeping our HR systems up to date </li><li>Assisting with payroll review and accuracy </li><li>Handling leave of absence requests, including FMLA and ADA accommodations </li><li>Being a resource for employee questions and helping resolve workplace issues </li><li>Supporting learning and development programs and co-leading New Hire Orientation </li><li>Ensuring we're staying compliant with employment laws and internal policies </li><li>Pitching in on HR projects and process improvements </li></ul> <p>IDEAL CANDIDATE</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in Human Resources </li><li>A solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws </li><li>Experience with payroll, leave management, and employee relations </li><li>Familiarity with HR tech like HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms </li><li>Great communication and people skills-you're approachable, empathetic, and a good listener </li><li>Super organized and detail-oriented (you love a good checklist) </li><li>Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities </li></ul>
