<p>Tesla is seeking a high-performing business development professional to drive commercial charging sales across North America. You will lead the sale of Teslas Level 3 charging products, including Supercharger and Semi-Charging, to major partners such as Fortune 500 companies, charge point operators, and real estate owners.</p> <p>You will drive the execution of a program that is making EV charging more accessible, affordable, and dependable for all drivers, backed by Teslas industry-leading hardware and software. Success requires grit, urgency, and a high-energy, hands-on approach. Youll be empowered to move fast, course correct quickly and deliver meaningful results. High growth potential opportunity.</p> <ul> <li>Drive ambitious growth in commercial charging sales across key accounts across North America </li><li>Identify and close new deals, grow existing relationships, and unlock additional volume across accounts </li><li>Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline across a wide array of customer sectors </li><li>Improve partner experience by supporting onboarding, training, and high-quality installations </li><li>Deliver real-world insights from the field to help shape product improvements and unlock new demand </li><li>Develop impactful marketing and sales materials to support partner success and represent Tesla at events </li><li>4+ years of experience managing sales pipelines, or equivalent experience </li><li>Strong knowledge of North American EV charging markets preferred </li><li>Thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-accountability environments </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Intrinsically motivated and outspoken about what is needed to complete tasks and exceed goals </li></ul>
