<p>Eco Boom Crew Lead (1st Shift, Duncansville)</p> <p>Primary responsibility of the Eco Boom Crew Lead is to lead the day-to-day activities of the Eco Boom team in order to work safely, produce quality products and meet customer requirements.</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and be Responsible for the Eco Boom production team to meet daily production scheduling requirements while ensuring all products are made to standard work and quality requirements </li><li>Operates with Safety as priority during Eco Boom production </li><li>Expectational Knowledge of Shredder system </li><li>Ability to overcome minor mechanical issues associated with Eco Boom production machines </li><li>Lead Team on production goals and rate </li><li>Able to train new boom operators in all job requirements in Eco Boom work center </li><li>Liaison between boom work center and production leadership </li><li>React quickly and help resolve problems encountered during production </li><li>Adhere to New Pig's Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and/or abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong leader able to coach and engage team members </li><li>Experience and/or knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles </li><li>Respectful of people - able to provide positive feedback to encourage fellow Eco Boom operators to achieve goals </li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate the different types of powered industrial truck or willing to be trained if required </li><li>Has basic technical knowledge of New Pig products and processes </li></ul>
