We're seeking a future team member for the role of AV Engineer to join our Global Workplace Experience and Design team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID (4 days in office required). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Work with the team to establish standardized designs and installations Design, install and configure, and document new production equipment and procedures Perform R&D, testing and certification of new equipment Operating production equipment, including cameras, microphones, speakers, and control systems, to conduct events To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 10-12 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Experienced in robotic camera systems, such as PTZs, camera controller configuration and operation Deep understanding of video conferencing hardware (i.e., codecs), signal flows, video routing and signal conversion High level knowledge of video switcher equipment functionality such as PIPs, AUX routing, and multi-viewers At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
