Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our West Region leadership team in the role of Director - Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Services.</p> <p>The Director - Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Services will serve as an influential and strategic leader responsible for the comprehensive oversight and operational management of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology service lines. This encompasses leadership over both provider practices and hospital operations within these critical areas. This pivotal role is responsible for defining the long-term vision and executing the integration of patient services across the core departments within the assigned service lines. The Director will be instrumental in increasing market share by fostering collaborative and strategic partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership, and physicians. The focus will be on cardiovascular and interventional radiology services, surgical volumes, and physician relationships.</p> <p>Key Relationships</p> <p>Reports to: Vice President - Chief Operating Officer</p> <p>Direct Reports: 5</p> <p>Key Relationships: Chief Practice Officer, Chief Physician Officer, other practice-related Administrative Directors, Director Allied Health, Director Perioperative Services, Director - Support Services</p> <p>Candidate Qualifications</p> <p>Candidates for the position will be selected from a diverse pool and will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree is required. </li><li>7-10 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or service line management. </li><li>Requires 4 years of people leader experience. </li><li>Knowledge and experience within designated service line areas (Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology). </li><li>Familiarity with current research on appropriate level of care for assigned service level. </li><li>Strong operations background with proven experience in running complex healthcare operations. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with physicians and other stakeholders. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Candidate Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree. </li><li>Experience in a multi-site healthcare system. </li></ul> <p>Indiana University Health is unlike any other healthcare system and we're looking for team members who share the things that matter most to us.
